They’re ungrateful to President Bush, who protected us from all terrorism from 9/12/2001 to 1/20/2009.

They’re ungrateful to the job creators, who give us opportunities and whom our economy depends upon.

They’re ungrateful to the dinosaurs, who sacrificed themselves so they could become our oil. They’d rather use wind and solar power. Disgusting.

Gosh, what ungrateful scoundrels. FACT.

In his weekly radio address, Obama highlighted his administration’s commitment to clean energy technology, including solar and wind power. He said it would translate in to hundreds of thousands of new jobs by 2012, when he faces re-election.

“There is perhaps no industry with more potential to create jobs now — and growth in the coming years — than clean energy,” said Obama, who did not attend the rally.

If this cleans energy thing is such an obvious gold mine, don’t you think astute American investors would be putting private funds to work. Would you hire Obama as your financial adviser?

1. Will they say that there are Death Panels in the Energy Bill?

2. Will they say Clean Energy is the same as pulling the plug on Grandma, because she has been used to smell of Oil and Gas, and that her lungs could not handle fresh air.

3. Will they say that it will destroy jobs, because the Big Oil Companies will not make as many profits if people start using Solar, Wind and Nuclear Power to heat their homes and businesses. and if people start driving Electric Cars.

they say that they will pay for themselves yet my familiy is tightly streatched like we only have a free 20$ a week from my job. my parents money is instanly swollowed up by debt. we can gamble on solar panels if they will bring money into our pockets so we can pay things off. im worried that if we buy a solar panel good enough to power a 300$ a month house and it doesnt reverse the dial. we…are… in-bind!!

Yesterday I was told that a solar powered yard marker would hurt you more than living next to a Nuke Plant.

I’m a high school student thats looking at future career options… My whole life, i’ve always enjoyed building contraptions like catupults, custom bikes and other stuff and also enjoy fixing up old bikes and t.v’s… stuff like that…

I’ve looked into becoming an engineer of some sort… and with the world energy crisis, i’ve become interested in developing a product to solve the energy crisis ( Ex: Hydrogen cars, Solar Power, Wind Energy )… my question is though…. what type of engineering is that considered?? Mechanical? Civil? If its even considered engineering…

Nowadays, everything is expensive. Housing is expensive and people might become homeless. Pollution is a problem and we don’t have enough money to convert to solar power. Poverty is growing because the government doesn’t care anymore. People might start losing their jobs. What should we do? Is their going to be another Great Depression?

what is the efficiency of the best solar cells today? Also, is biodiesel feasible considering limited land ?

With decreasing oil reserves, alternative energy sources have to be found, while fusion power, if attainable is very promising, it is far from reality (perhaps 20 years if the ITER project is successful). Biodiesel is exciting too. but it would be impossible to grow so many plants to cater to the needs of millions of cars. Besides, we could probably do a better job than plants at capturing solar energy.

Is the $20 million per job at Sun Power a good “investment” of taxpayer money?
