    Solar power helps against global warming because it does not pollute. The most common way to make energy is by using fossil fuels. The emissions from the burning of this fuels releases carbon dioxide into the air. These unnatural gases hurt our ozone layer, allowing more of the sun’s harmful rays to reach our surface.
    (Solar power is good for the atmosphere because it doesn’t pollute, as opposed to the creation of energy that uses fossil fuels.)

    It doesn’t. Global warming is partially caused by the burning of fossil fuels which releases CO2 and other substances into the atmosphere which causes heat to be retained. That’s one of the reason’s the use of solar energy is so desirable.
