how do you get high tech jobs for sim city 3000? i’ve done everything! schools, colleges, libraries, museums and i have a really high EQ. i even have low pollutant, solar power plants, i m getting really frustrated!

   that game overall is crazy, most of the sim games i play are not even remotely that complex.
