   Sure you can. When you buy one of those over priced miniature compacts just remember- they are death traps in accidents.
   Here in Colorado Springs the city put on a huge push for water conservation 1 1/2 years ago-our reward ? They just passed a 43% WATER rate increase ! Why? Because water usage was to LOW! That is for homes-industry is higher.
