I’m looking for a rubberized chemical that you could dip tools in, to give them a rubber handle or grip?

By , July 2, 2010

I know I’ve seen it and even used it before. It may be something used by electricians to make there hand tools not be conductive? Any clue what this is called? Would it be found in a normal hardware store? I remember it being like a smaller can of paint that you dip hand tools into then let dry to a rubberized grip.
