Is There Any Way To Make Green Electricity At Home Cheap??

By , September 26, 2010

I was just wondering if it was possible to make electricity at home without having to buy expensive equipment. Things I was thinking about was maybe from a creek on my property or from wind or the sun. Maybe other ways?? Idk.

  1. Jeffrey J says:

Look into home-sized wind generators (i know there is a company in Canada that specializes in them for cottages)

  2. Rupert says:

they have solar panels that charge car batteries, farmer use them to charge the car batteries for their electric fence

  3. mrrosema says:

no, it is fairly expensive to make a significant amount of electricity at home. It costs about $20K or more for enough solar panels to supply a house.
Over time and with government involvement this may come down
