My schedule will be trade school in the morning, work all day with my dad (who runs his own electrical Business), and then take a night class for Business Management at my local Community College. All my friends are going out of state to top notch colleges, so I probably won’t see them much. But at least they will be in an environment where they are with people their own age; and that is my question. If most people nowadays go to college where will I meet people my own age in my town? The only other thing I do is go to the gym three times a week.

I want to have guy and girl friends, and would like get a girlfriend. Any ideas on where I should start?
What are good places to meet nice people?

I’d ask my dad these questions, but he is out of town right now without a way to reach him and I’m too impatient to wait until he gets home.

My question is, when my fiance gets out of bootcamp, is he going to get sent straight to school/training for whatever rate/job he gets? We have high hopes for his ASVAB, he is brilliant with math and science, and we are hoping he gets into the nuclear community on a submarine. (He wants to be an electrician of some sort, like my dad was).

Basically, my question is, since we are married, will I be sent with him for when he goes to school and is there housing for married couples with no children? We’re both 23 years old, so we are still quite young and everything. I know all about how the movers work and all of that, and my mom is going to come and help me with that. But I know schooling will take 3+ months, from what I’ve read online anyway, and I didn’t know if I would be going with or not.

Also, can someone give me tips for becoming a Navy wife? I’m really excited about it, I love traveling and I’ve lived in VA Beach, Bremerton WA, San Diego CA, Kingsbay GA, Charleston SC, Orlando FL, and a few other places. So I’ve been to some of the bases and I’m confident in moving. It’ll be hard though, when he goes out to sea..
