commercial electrician jobs/relocation?

I’m in my first year of an electrician apprenticeship program living in pennsylvania. my wife and i want to move to clearwater florida in the next two to three years (hence putting me in my 2nd/3rd year as an apprentice (commercial electrical work). Can i transfer to the IEC program in clearwater fl? how hard would this be? any suggestions for a relocating tradesmen (electrician)?

ok i was thinking of becoming an electricain and the thing is the job that i do now is quite easy for me (compared to other jobs).

I am a caretaker/ handy person with no electrical knowledge lets say. I work for a charity who run a nursery and other sites. They may need a full light placing with a balest or a vent motor replacing or repairing.
The charity as been given funding for me to train but I need an electrician courses that is suitable for me. Which electrician course would I need to take?
