If so, then what? My mom switched me out of plumbing for Graphic Design all because I’m lazy and I spend most of my time on the computer. I all of a sudden had a huge desire for plumbing and she messed up my plan. My plan was Plumbing in High School and College. But she ruined my plans. Now I’m stuck in Graphic Design until 2014.

Our government is ruled by the people that we elect into office! These people only have the jobs they do because WE elected them, yet we act as if they have all the power. Will we ever realize that change is what we have the power to do? Will we ever send a message to these officials by throwing them all out and putting in new people when they don’t do what we elected them to do?

Put it this way: If you hired an electrician to wire your house, agreed to pay him a salary 50 times what you make in a year, and he neglected to wire the house, would you keep him on the payroll as your electrician, or hire one that will actually do the job they are supposed to be doing?

Has any out there ever worked the EIections?? If so, what job category does this fall under?

I’m completing an application but don’t see the category listed. I understand that it is temporary they only call you when they need you for an election. And I was an Electronic Poll book Technician (EPT) Which mean i assisted citizens (using the city’s database) in finding their correct polling location and any other problems etc. So is it federal employment, local, etc? I really need to find this out.. Thanks in advance

i am looking into starting a computer electronics engineering degree. i understand to be a real engineer you need a master’s degree. but will i be able to learn enough to compete for the same position that someone with a traditional college education would. they offer a Associates degree and a Bachelor’s degree. i would be attending for both. i am 27 and a Journeyman Electrician. i do not want to work for the union as an electrician. I just need more education to get a better job. is this the rite choice. your opinion would be appreciated

money is an issue for me but i have been granted financial aid for all of the school. i will be able to work full time and go to school full time this is what i found so attractive.

Have you ever heard of this and is there a name for the behavior?

I have a German Nephew. His attitude is odd. His mom doesn’t know what is going on with him…
He is angry all the time. He strikes worse at the people who love and tolerate him the most.
When things are good he insults everyone. When things are bad he gets very verbally abusive. He keeps wishing his mom was dead. He makes racist remarks. (his life is okay.. even in the economic down turn)
He was kicked out of the army because he picked fights with the Mexicans and Black officers. The army kicked him out because his need to fight with everyone but the enemy.. & his lack of respect for authority figures. He has this love of weapons…
None of his siblings act this way.
(before the army)He dropped out of high school.. fought with the White teachers..he was always disrupting classes.. his teachers said he was very smart.. but seem to need their attention. When they didn’t give it to him.. he would go ballistic.
He married somebody with a drug problem that didn’t want him.. she assumed he would be her ticket from her mom. .. up until she found herself working at a dairy queen to support him .. while living in her mom in law’s. He’s very verbally abusive to her and she puts up with it because she’s living with his mom..
He was fired from an electrician apprentice job, and two fast food places.. because he threatened customers for talking down to him. He seems to always be the victim…
He has panic attacks and looks for excuses to be physically violent.. with people he doesn’t know..
he thinks he is smarter or superior …he gets grandiose ideas and even when they fail.someone else is always to blame… they usually fail because they are not based in reality. He’s not a real alcoholic but when he wants to be perceived as tough he’ll glug a case of beer and chain smoke cigarettes.. He bought a huge bag of weed but didn’t smoke it all because he had seizures and cardiac distress…hasn’t tried weed since.
What is this?
The army had sent him home on dishonorable discharge.. with a medical statement.. he says he had post traumatic stress syndrome.. but ..his behavior has been like this since before his panic attacks/army. ..
She would like to know what she is dealing with..is this just some odd behavior.. or something that needs therapy?

Can you start a plumbing/electrician apprenticeship with no experience what so ever?

Just wondering what happened to Obama’s dream liberals fell for 30 years ago? You had a Democrat House, Senate, White House, How did that work out?
