I tried searching online and talked to a very nasty woman at PA’s License & Inspection who instead of answering my questions just repeated herself that you are required to have 4 yrs practical experience and prove it. I understand that, my question to her was does he need schooling or will a reference from his job be enough? Also, who does he contact to take this test? Is there something he needs to study first? Are there classes he can/should take? How much does the test cost?
Please help me if you can.
