Does my Macbook Pro Stop Charging Once the Light Turns Green?

I have a 13″ mid-2009 Macbook Pro. I want to be able to keep the built in battery for as long as possible. This requires me to take out the charger once the battery is full, unless it stops charging the battery. When the light turns green, does my computer run on the electricity provided by the charger or does it also charge the battery?

What can I do to stop getting shocked every time I touch metal objects in my home that is wall to wall carpet?

I get shocked every time I touch anything metal or electric wired such as my mouse on my computer, the light switches and even the metal top to my lizard’s tank. Help! It hurts!
A co worker suggested getting a de humifier to alleviate the electro static condition…any suggestions?

My school has an electronic music lab and recording studio and I am taking a course in learning how to work everything. Unfortunately, our teacher wants us to single handedly create our very own demo to turn in for a major grade. My problem is this: I have created a wonderful track but I am embarassed to sing in front of the lab technician that is required to be in the lab to watch the equipment while students use it. This person could care less that I am there, but it is ruining my grade in a perfectly fun class (Which will bring my GPA down) because even with my music created, lyrics written, and an excellent idea of how to use the equipment, I can’t get over this one stupid thing! Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe techniques for this?
