		<description>Raise your AC as high as you can stand it and then turn on any overhead fans you have.
Be sure all the ac filters are clean and new and change often to keep them free flowing.  
Energy efficient light bulbs.  Turn off lights when not in use.
Insulate your attic with new insulation if it&#039;s old and worn down.  You can throw new batts over the old ones, no removal necessary.
Close the blinds during the day to keep sun out of the house.</description>

Secondly I&#039;ve cut my electric bill by 92% by making my own solar panels and wind mills.  I did it for under $200 bucks.
