What type of electrical outlets are used in Panama?

And (in regard to products from the U.S. that use electricity) would a converter, an adapter, or both be needed to use in them?

Panama, like North America, uses US plugs and sockets and has the same voltage and frequency, so US products should work fine with no adaptors required.
